What can I do to get rid of acnes? I'm 20 years matured and It's about 2 or 3 months I hold a few very itchy acnes on my face, anyone know how to get rid of them?

also try remember little things similar to:
* Don't touch your face
* Keep your down out of your face
* loose change pillow case every second dark
these things can make a difference.

Go see your doctor, or better yet, a dermatologist.
Even urgent protection doctors can put you on a doxycycline/clyndamycin/tretni... treatment that will most probably clear your skin in two-three months (has be working for me since February now).
however, you said you're 20 and you just just this minute started getting acne 2-3 months ago and that it is painful, that doesn't nouns normal. Is it possible you've have a hormonal change surrounded by the past few months that could be triggering the acne? It could be anything really. Go see a doctor or dermatologist as soon as you can (you in a minute have two honest reasons)
