I don't know what to do,assistance!?

Ok this may sound grosse but i can't bring back any help at adjectives.I have really unpromising dandruff and it won't go away it's approaching i can't touch my head anymore!!I enjoy been to the doctor too but it didn't back.
Can someone please help me?!?!I don't know what to do,assistance!?
try Head & Shoulders shampoo and conditioner. It worked for me.
Head & Shoulders or Neutrogena Coal Tar Shampoo. Neutrogena smells bleak, but it's medicated and also works to cure psoriasis as well as dandruff.
Selsen Blue. Shampoo and conditioner.. Works great ! Leaves curls very shiny and soft.
If Head and Shoulders did not lend a hand you, try Selsom Blue, if this doesn't help, try a down conditioner, the Olly one that looks like Vaseline petroleum jelly, you can take it at your hair aid shop, put it into your hair, rubbing it into the scalp unadulterated well. Get some outstandingly hot towels wet, cover your spike with this for five Min's, do it again near wet hot towel, do it three times. Cover your tresses with a plastic boater for at least five hours or overnight is even better. when you awake surrounded by the morning comb your hair near a find comb, all the dandruff should be coming out, do this several times next wash spike with Head and Shoulders and rinse. Do this step swab two or three times. Your hair will look slimy but after a number of wash the oily look will be in motion away, Keep using the head and Shoulders or the selsom blue.Hope this help.
