Try using Neutrogena body soap. As for the hair... try wax... Hair grows back finer and softer and after after a few months of this, hair does eventually stop growing spinal column. Good luck!

In my untimely 20s I still had God awful cystic acne on my posterior. I decided the heck next to it, I am going to the beach resembling everyone else. After a few days of baking my back contained by the sun it cleared up and has never come put a bet on like it be. I might get a zit here and here, but I had the munificent of acne doctors wanted to pocket pictures of, and this worked for me.
