I dont have a feeling it coming?

Ppl say you can be aware of a cold sore coming. So because of the risk that both me and my bf have cold sores right in a minute apparently. It makes me not wanna carry out oral sex n eachother, cause i honestly dont get the impression when a cold sore happens. So by me have a cold sore and not realizing it till i look within my mouth. I could be giving him genital herpes. Thats why I would rather stick to contact through fingering and rubbing. Is that at adjectives, un-normal of me?I dont have a feeling it coming?
