someone has told me this is upright for ur hair and ur skin ,,i am loosing lots of my curls in big lump sums so is it pious to take or if u can serve me with another vitamin for lose of tressesI am taking evion capsule 400mg?

Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin.Hence excess quantity can accumulate if you help yourself to for a long time producing symptoms of hypervitaminosis.It is not advisable to take vit.A,D and E for more than three months unless you enjoy specific deficiency of a hard to please vitamin.
For improving quill growth you can take Biotin [vit B5] available as Essvit 5 mg tablets twice day by day for three months.
well yes its really honourable for ure hair but a bit having it directly next to water, break down the tablet and mix the liquid drug with grease..coconut oil and after apply it to ure hair.. tht will really work.
