I have a mammogram today ....?

I am 28, and have a few rugged masses contained by my breast. The doc said that I have closely of tissue and lympnodes & they don't see anything cancerous (good thing) but then said I should perchance see a breast surgeon. Why?
Also does having alot of lympnodes or tissue affect anything?I have a mammogram today ....?
It could be for a second assessment or to do a biopsy on some of the tissues to make sure it is not cancer. You should telephone your Dr back and ask why. When i have my last one they made me come fund again for another view and NO CAFFEINE past because this helps the estimation.
The doc is covering their rear shutting. Not taking any chances, but wishes to cover all basis as just surrounded by case it's doomed to failure. But it's not as they said. Kinda like buying a lottery ticket for tonight and axiom to a friend "their is a chance we may budge for a trip around the world if I win tonight, so be ready and pack a backpack but don't spend too much time packing."
If your breasts are really dense, it can be harder to detect lumps. Small lumps can be hidden, so it wouldn't hurt to see the specialist.
No one can know for sure if it is cancerous minus taking a biopsy. Surgeons take biopsies.
I would manifestly go see the surgeon so they can agree on what to do. Sometimes they take things out even when they aren't cancer.
