I can't believe they actually made a vaccine for the Chicken Pox. Better to attain it as a kid, rather than as an developed...accept they bid it Shingles then. I close-fisted...it's the chicken pox...you get itchy bumps for a week.it's not resembling it's life threatening or anything.
Anyhow...you should enjoy built up enough anti-bodies to the virus beside the shot and simulates having have the virus thus making you immune. If you're worried about what immunity you have...turn get a blood tryout for your anti-bodies. Simple. But you should be fine.
I think it's still worthy. But maybe try asking a doctor they will inform you for sure.
I don't know about adults, but the American Academy of Pediatrics very soon recommends booster shots for the Varicella (Chickenpox) injection due to an increase in breakthrough cases of Chickenpox.
call for you doctor as you will need a doctor's lay down for the booster.
You can have a blood tryout done, called a titer, to see if you enjoy an immunity to it. That would recount you if you need to carry a booster or not.
Good luck!
