Will I have to rob medicine or even capture surgery?I can singular breathe out of one of the holes surrounded by my muzzle. Is near anything I can do?
Try taking a decongestant such as Sudafed; it may help shrink your sinus lining and allow you to breathe through both sides of your nose. If this is a chronic/persistent problem, you may be have a mild allergic reaction to something within your environment; I suggest trying a non-drowsy antihistimine such as Claratin to see if it helps.
Get a Netti Pot. Use luke melt water near some salt and lean over the sink so that the sea can run out of the other side of your nose. You'll verbs out you sinus cavity and if you use this every week you'll never have another sinus problem and won't lock in a cold.
There is a Vicks product...tiny little inhaler (size of a lipstick)
that helps me near that problem. You can buy it OTC at any drug store. That is, if that's the problem. Or do you have mutilation tissue in your proboscis
