How to hold 6 pacs?
Start jogging for 45 min. 4 times a week.
Cut your calories by 10%.
Eat VERY nutritiously ... 6 meal a day, 3 -4 oz of fish or chicken, no diary, starch, potatoes or rice for 2 weeks, lots of veggies, lots of sea.
Perfectly executed, slow crunches.. Slow is better than lots.
The goal is to lose the band of fat covering your abs, in need losing muscle or getting fatigued
After two weeks, you should see some abs peeking out. Then you can add sweet potatoes, brown rice, and a moment or two fruit before Noon.
IN three month of getting into shape, you should enjoy a defined shadow, and in 6 months, a proud six pack.
Lots of sit ups that target different parts of your abs. Lose butter around your middle. You could have honest abs and be covered with large.
