return with a towel and put it in boiling hose down. please don't burn yourself, take it out, ring it and put it against your commander. make sure the towel isn't too hot! respectively time it cools down put it back contained by water again.
if your freshly tryin to fool someone try to persuade yourself your really sick. basically tell yourself you don't discern too well and the rest will come essentially. hope i helped lol
Add some hot(mild) marine in a bucket and soak your foot for at least 5min after 5min supply some extremely cold water and soak your foot for 5min repeat this process at least 4 times, hopefully you hold a weak immune system to find sick.
