How Much Face Exfoliation is Healthy?

I tend to have exceptionally dry skin on my face and involve to exfoliate daily contained by order to save from having little speckles of dried skin adjectives over my face. I use a extraordinarily rough, round pad to scrub at my facade, but I'm not sure if this is "good" for my skin as it leaves my face somewhat rare.
Is there a recommended method to exfoliate and/or remove excess dead/drying skin from the facade? And can exfoliating your face this much be destructive to your skin health? How Much Face Exfoliation is Healthy?
My skin is sensitive so I can't exfoliate too normally.
The recommended amout for dry skin is twice a week and three times a week in winter. Are you using an exfoliating cleanser as all right? Maybe you should and use some kind of hydrating moisturizer to save your skin from getting so dry.
I exfoliate my face day by day. I use St Ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin
Daily is just too much, the recommended is once a week. If you own really dry skin the best idea is to drink plenty of marine and avoid drink with caffeine, and also hydrate your skin, I also hold dry skin and use Moisture Surge Extra thirsty skin relief, of Clinique, this is a gel-creme and you can use it anytime even over your makeup.
