I hold a ferritin stratum of 3 and haemoglobin 11. Have flawless diet near lots of iron. Any thinking why it's so low?

if you're feminine, could be from heavy menstruation. at hand can be lots of other causes, such as an sore or other source of internal bleeding.
If you're male, you might be bleeding internally.
If you're feminine, it could be due to heavy menses.
Ferritin is your storage, which doesn't necessarily penny-pinching that your hemoglobin will be low (11 is low but not as low as your ferritin).
