Tell the nurses before you start.
They will want.
Best wishes.
Your best bet would be to phone ahead of time and ask. It couldn't hurt to give your doctor a ring.
No. It might even cure your flu
Call your doc and ask. Most probably they would stipulation to do a blood test to facilitate determine.
It might be a problem, especially if your WBC are low from fighting the infection. You should nickname and ask. It really depends on the type of cancer you have, the stage, and the type of chemotherapy you're delivery. The doctor will make the determination whether you should own chemo or wait.
We've have delays previously, but it always made me coy since the timing with chemo can be critical. So much of the drug requirements to build up in your system to be effectual against the tumors. When you miss those deadlines it can tight the tumors might have a fortune to start growing again. We hate missing planned dates. I did confer to the doctor about it and she told us that here is a grace period of more or less 7 days. So you can probably miss a few days. Your doctor can explain your cancer and chemotherapy in more detail if you ask.
Good luck and hope you procure over your cold quickly.
yes, you should enjoy been informed just about this in the commencing of your treatment call beforehand you go
It could be a problem. Most of the time when you're sick, it isn't a accurate idea to present you chemo. I am not sure why, but my future sister within law have leukemia... she needs to hold chemo, but hasn't been competent to for weeks due to a fungal infection in her sinuses, which isn't looking too perfect. There's a possibility of it spreading to her brain, in that baggage, there's nothing they can do at that point. It is so sorrowing.
