it was small this morning. immediately it's bigger and red, maybe chock-a-block with blood? what is it?I enjoy a lump on the final of my ear?
Depends on the location.. If it is wher eyou might wear earings it might be defect tissue..
It could be anything from an infection, insect bite, to a pimple. I would watch it closely don't mess near it. See if it goes down or get worse.
If you think it is a pimple or infection you can apply fry to the area for an hours or so, multiple times a hours of daylight to draw out the puss. But don't not pick at it or "squeeze" out anything from it
If it become increasily larger, painful step see your PCP, for antibotics and possible to drain it..
Likely some sort of insect bite.
it's your lymp nodes swollen...
you better go to a doctor to enjoy a check up of that infection...
it is important that you return with rid of the problem early.
it's a pious sign that it got swollen or you won't know that you own infection to the head nouns...
