I hold a brown dot on one eyeball and a tiny grey, sympathetic of raise, dot on the other eye, is this conventional?
i have some dots on one of my eyes, kinda approaching freckles. but i dont know about the raise grey one. you can always jump to the doctor and have it checked out. its probly zilch though

What did your eye doc say when you have your yearly exam? If you have those spots when you had your every twelve months exam then they would be fine but if they are strange then they are not ordinary and you need to see an Opthomologist soon.
Contact an Iridoligist it have health fastidiousness indications and should be looked at right away.
