How should diabetics soak their foot?

feet swollen, what should one soak surrounded by?How should diabetics soak their foot?
HI,
If your feet are swollen, could be from various symptoms, heart, poor circulation,
infections from neuropathy. Epson salts are not detrimental, if you are not allergic, Always make sure you dry your foot well, use a blow dryer, if you can't make good. or sit within a recliner or bed , with your foot elevated, even with your heart.
If still swollen, edema isn't well-mannered, see your Doc.Check for ulcers, beneath toes & feet.
You should not soak diabetic foot. For me, I massage my foot with rubbing alcohol, after they dry, I slather a moisturizing lotion on my foot, then rest close to the queen of Sheba. I never walk within my bare foot, ever-ever. you can't afford to hurt your tootsies. Be careful and do not soak your foot.
