this erupsions are not acne. its are more at the side of the face & surrounded by front of neck . its are firm . I use spike dye. erupsion disappear during winter .I am suffering from small erupsion at facade surrounded by summer season?
Could it be a heat rash/heat bumps? Drink more dampen, don't use the same facial moisturizer contained by the summer that you do in the winter (if any at all). Don't gash them, that'll make it worse.
It sounds resembling Polymorphous light eruption. Type surrounded by this skin condition in google similes to see if your rash looks alike.
