Humidifier when it's already humid?

My 3.5 month old is congested. It is more than humid here right very soon due to record rainfall! At this point, would a humidifier even help, or would it be silly?Humidifier when it's already humid?
I would take care about suggesting anything unless I know exactly why your baby is congested. Is it because he/she have a cold, or does it seem resembling otherwise they're feeling okay?
I collectively advise against using humidifiers at adjectives, especially in kids rooms because humidifiers take home friendly habitats for dust mites and mold, both of which are top allergens. If your tot isn't sick and is just congested, here is a possibility that they're already allergic to these things.
Instead, I would make sure newborn is sleeping at a slight angle. If they sleep in a crib, lift a flat pillow and stick it UNDER the mattress so that it inclines the bed a little.
I would use a nasal aspirator (you know, those squeeze bulbs you suck snot out of kids' noses), even though it's somewhat traumatic to try to stick it up your baby's snout while they're screaming I would still do that rather than use a humidifier.
Definitely hail as your pediatrician for real medical suggestion as soon as possible.
Keep the windows closed and later put on the humidifier with vapor within it. Put some vics vapor rub on your baby's chest.
a cool air humidifier sounds similar to what you need to me, the cool nouns will keep the mucus from getting thicker, it keep it thinned out so it doesn't stick to his/her lungs, plus it makes it easier to cough. hope he/she get better soon
