After excluding Diabetes and Hypertension, following is the line of movement :
1) Kidneys : Drink lot of water, typically 4 to 6 litres are recommended keeping the weather in vista.
2)Heart: Avoid risk factors similar to obesity, smoking, caffeine, exercise etc.
3)Prostate: a range of school of thoughts are present, overindulgence within sex, using testosterone, recurrent UTI, and drinking of skimpy water so whip due steps.
In patients with Diabetes or Hypertension, thieve medications regularly, control sugar even, & maintain stablised baseline hypertension.
Regular check up near your doctor.

Kidney - If you are diabetic make sure your blood sugar is kept inside limits, too dignified blood sugar can damage the kidney. If you are not diabetic, freshly drink plenty of water.
Heart - Follow the recommendation of the American Heart Association. Eat a diet low in sopping fat and big in fiber. Eat fish or lean meat for protein. Exercise regularly. Don't smoke
