How oodles hours of sleep do i involve?!?

im a 14 year old girl.and i hold to wake up at 630 tomorrow.
how oodles hour of sleep should i be getting?How oodles hours of sleep do i involve?!?
Its usually good to find 8 hours of sleep. If you can't fall asleep right away try to read a book, listen to music, or a moment ago chill out in bed. It depends on the human being mostly, but 8 is the recommended amount. I can usually go on 6-7 hours of sleep.
Teenagers stipulation more sleep than adults, proven fact. From 10 to 12 hrs would be devout.
